|
The AutoChem II 2920 was specified and designed by chemisorption
practitioners who understand researchers' need and expectations.
The operating interface is designed to maximize experiment
versality without sacrificing ease of use.
| The AutoChem II 2920 has a windows interface
that makes it possible to achieve accurate results with
inform active and easy to understand
graphics. |
Product feature
- Four Heated Zones climinate possible interaction and/or
condesation in internal lines and valves, and maintain a
constant, calculable volume of gas in the injection loop.
- Low Internal Volume assures high resolution, fast detector
respones, and reduces error when calculating gas volumes.
- Highly Sensitive Linear TCD assures the calibration volume
remains constant over full range of peak amplitudes so the
area under the peak is directly proportional to the volume
of gas reacted.
- Corrosion-Resistant Director Filaments are compatible
with most destructive gases and reduce the likehood of filament
oxidation.
- Four High-precision Mass Flow Controllers provide precise
and accurate gas control.
- KwikCol connects to exterior gas source and provides quick
cooling of the furnace after an analysis, so that another
experiment may be started without delay.
- Integrated GRAMS/32 Data Reduction and Peak Editing Software
provides peak selection and editing, integration, and data
smoothing.
- Windows Graphical User Interface provides quick learning
and easy operation.
- Clamshell Furnance heats sample efficiently to 1100°C
and offer easy access to analysis port.
- Exhaust Gas Analysis Port allows sampling of analysis
gas after it has passed the thermal conductivity detector
for analysis by a mass spectrometer, infrared spectroscope,
or gas chromarograph. Sampling can be controlled from the
AutoChem II 2920 operating program.
- Flow Thrugh Quartz sample Tube can be heated to 1100°C
and are designed for easy cleaning.
- Optional Vapor Generator allows analysis using vaporized
liquids in an inert carrier stream.
- Optional CryoCooler enables you to start an analysis at
subambient temperature.
- Mass Spectrometer Port located immediately before the
TCD, allows virtuality simultaneous detection on both the
TCD and the mass spectrometer.
- Four Gas Inlets each for the preparation , carrier, and
loop gases permit four-gas sequential experiments, such
as TPR/TPO cycles.
- Internal Gass Blending eliminates the need to purchase
expensive mixed gases for experiment such as TPR and TPO
- Mass Spectometers Files can be inputed for simultaneous
manipulation of data
